But we had our NAPFA training aka PE.
1st station: Incline Pull-up [12 point for me (I believe i can do more, somemore there's no time limit)]
2nd station: 'Shorter Run' [11.2 sec]
3rd station: Standing Board Jump [160+ (Regress since the last time i taking NAPFA test, sob!)]
4th station: 2.4km [Record: 15:37 minutes (Can buy 4D liao!! Hahha~ I'm happy with the result and i haven't run 2.4km for about 3yrs! I'm proud of myself. Cheer for me~~ cheer for me~~)]
I have to train my standing board jump, incline pull-up and sit-and-reach. I want to get a silver. Silver silver silver silver silver . . . . . . . . .
